Ashley in the service department and the new manager are really on the customer's side when manufacturing and after market warranties are denying obvious covered issues and inherited maintenance missteps put stumbling blocks 🚫 down in front of us. I say us because as a current customer with these blocks facing me: I am not alone because they are on my team and doing there best on my behalf. I was not the best customer, had a poor attitude at times, and well, my voice carries well, but they still fought for me cause it was the right thing to do. BRAVO Team and thank you! I had my 40K mile service done which included oil change, tire rotation, and brake line flush. All were done correctly and to my utmost satisfaction. Ashley and Brian run a very professional department as my vehicle was ready sooner than expected.
